Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for items purchased directly from louisaura.com.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes.
- Gift cards or personalized/customized perfumes.
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at louisauraperfumes@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
- Return Approval: Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address.
- Return the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
