We want you to love your Louis Aura experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy is here to guide you through the process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to initiate a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened, tested, or tampered with
  • Items not purchased directly from our website (e.g., purchased from unauthorized resellers)
  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Await Authorization: Our customer care team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the product (including all original accessories, packaging, and gift items) and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return is received safely.



4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within [7-14 business days].
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.



5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order for the replacement.



6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).
  • In cases where Louis Aura Perfumes is at fault, we will issue a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.



7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
